SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION VACANCIES
OC Connections have a number of accommodation vacancies available. Places exist in Hampton East, Clayton, Ashwood, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh and Oakleigh South. These are a mix of supported independent living, specialist disability accommodation and individual living options. Details are listed below and further details and applications can be made via Housing Hub (see links for each house listed). Please note, that while OC Connections manages and staffs all houses listed, some are owned by DHHS and the application process will be managed by their agency.

CLAYTON, VICTORIA (SDA LISTING)
2 bedroom vacancy in a High Physical Support group home. 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with two shared living areas, a separate kitchen and kitchenette,two wheelchair accessible bathrooms and toilets. An undercover area at the back of the house to enjoy relaxing. This house is owned by DHHS and managed by OC Connections.

ASHWOOD, VICTORIA (SDA LISTING)
1 bedroom vacancy High Physical Support, wheelchair accessible, group home. 5 bedroom, 2 bathrooms only a short drive to Chadstone Shopping Centre or Mount Waverley Village and Monash Medical Centre. There are two shared living areas, one with a kitchenette, a separate kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and separate toilet. An undercover area at the back of the house and raised vegetable garden beds. This house is owned by DHHS and managed by OC Connections.

A vacancy exists in our Mount Waverley managed accommodation for an NDIS funded individual with in home support funding. This property is a shared living environment, with three other residents aged 46 – 55. It is suitable for housemates who want to socialise and spend time together. Supports are minimal across seven days and are shared and claimed equally.

SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION, OAKLEIGH
OC Connections’ Short Term Accommodation (STA)provides the opportunity for people with disability to take a breather from their everyday routine. Respite also provides carers with a chance to reset while their person is being supported in a safe environment by trained disability professionals. Our Short Term Accommodation offers participants the opportunity to foster friendships, learn new living skills and independence and participate in community-based activities.
