As a Supported Employee in our Packing Warehouse located in Oakleigh South, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks such as general packing, assembly, collating, mailing, shrink wrapping, and heat sealing.
Our opportunities go beyond basic packing, providing a chance to progress your skills and receive training and hands-on experience in pallet strapping, pallet jack operations, and forklift driving.

NDIS funding is required to become a Supported Employee. The funding is called Supports in Employment as is part of your CORE support in your NDIS plan.
OC Connections Enterprises can provide you with a quote for supports in employment based on your support needs.
Supported Employees are required to work a minimum 2 days per week. Whilst 1:1 support is provided, Supported Employees must also be able to work in a group setting (1:7 ratio).

A half day volunteer work trial is offered to provide you with an opportunity to experience working in the team and working on the jobs.
This work trial also allows us to see if we can provide the supports required to ensure you get the most out of your employment, and to also determine your baseline skills.
