OC Connections is proud to expand its services to the City of Casey, offering individualised support for people living with a disability.

Through skill development, community engagement, social activities, in-home support and employment opportunities, we aim to empower people to live their best life!

Our Services in Casey

We will work with you and the people important to you (your family, planner, or carers) to determine the right support to meet your goals and then co-design a program to suit your needs. We respond to people as individuals with unique needs, preferences, hopes and interests.

We provide individual support that is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. This includes skills development, community engagement, and social opportunities. We provide support in the home, out in the community and at the Cranbourne West Community Hub. We currently have a schedule of programs running at Cranbourne West Community Hub. Joshua’s Story

A person sitting in a cafe with a hooded jumper looks into camera, with hands folded on desk

OC Connections have helped me participate in weekend activities and encouraged me to talk to new people,” says Joshua “They are good communicators and I don’t feel nervous when I am out. They are interested in what I want to do and listen to my opinions.”

Joshua, Casey Hub participant

“There were many groups during the weekdays, but I love my job, so finding activities on a weekend was hard,” says Joshua on finding support in his local area.

This is where our individual supports in the City of Casey stepped in. Joshua, together with his Mum and Dad, worked with Casey Hub coordinator, Lyndall, to establish what Joshua needed as well as when and where he needed them.

They established a regular support program with an OC Connections disability support worker to support Joshua every Sunday to get out into the community and live his life the way he wants to.
