Waverley Toyota and the Mazenod Panthers Football Club were proud to put on their annual “Good For Footy” clinic and exhibition match Wednesday 15 May at Central Reserve, Glen Waverley.
The exciting event included an appearance from AFL St Kilda midfielder Luke Dunstan, Clare O’Neil MP, Member for Hotham and Matt Fregon MP, Member for Mount Waverley. The evening featured a BBQ run by Fedele’s Ristorante Italiano, a fun photo booth, AFL giant interactive inflatable games and a generous raffle. All proceeds from the evening go to the Mazenod Panthers All Abilities Football Club.
OC Connections were thrilled to be included in the event and grateful for the opportunity to contribute. Many experienced footballers and some new interested participants from OC Connections attended the evening.
Participation was strongly encouraged at the clinic run by Luke Dunstan and while some jumped right in, others tentatively tried out their skills for the first time or simply spectated from the boundary. The well-earned sausages hit the spot and the night concluded with footy anecdotes and a range of prizes. Undoubtedly a good time was had by all.
