art therapy and dance Group

Looking for a powerful way to express yourself? Join our Art Therapy and Dance Group programs at Cranbourne West Community Hub!

Starting on June 7th, and running every Wednesday, this program is specifically designed for people with disabilities who want to explore their creativity, connect with others, and achieve greater emotional and physical well-being. Support is provided by our highly trained Disability Support Workers.

Whether it’s through art or through dance, our facilitators will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you to tap into your inner strengths, express your feelings, and build resilience.

$10 per session

Art Therapy is every Wednesday, 9:30am to 11:30am

Dance Group is every Wednesday, 12:30pm to 2:30pm

NDIS plan is required.

OC Connections has a long and proud history 

OC Connections (OCC) provides important opportunities for people of all abilities to contribute to society and live happy and successful lives on their own terms.

OCC proudly provides Supported Independent Living (SIL), Day Supports, Pathways to Employment, employment opportunities through our social enterprises educational and recreational services and Support Coordination to people living with a disability.

OCC works with each individual participant and their support network to support them to choose how they will live, work and spend their recreation time. Our staff tailor support services to meet each person’s specific needs and aspirations.

OCC aims to unlock each person’s potential through working with them to maximise their choice and control over their lives.
