Yes. We can help you get started with an NDIS plan if you currently do not have one and identify as having a disability. Our services are delivered in line with your plan and the support you need for the goals you wish to achieve. We are here to help so please get in touch if you would like to discuss your needs.
Our activity-based programs have been carefully designed for people aged between 15 – 65 years. They are highly interactive and engaging.
Yes, if you have NDIS funding it will cover the cost as per your plan. There may be activities that attract a very small weekly cost to cover items, not in your plan, but these costs are very small, and we will tell you them in advance of any activities.
OC Connections operates from the Cranbourne West Community Hub. This is a base for our administration and Support Coordination services, however our support services are delivered throughout the City of Casey, depending on your needs and goals. We can support you in your home, in your daily activities, at work, or any site where support is required.
