As a supported employee in our Packing Warehouse located in Oakleigh South, you’ll engage in a variety of tasks such as general packing, assembly, collating, mailing, shrink wrapping, and heat sealing.
Our opportunities go beyond basic packing, providing a chance to progress your skills and receive training and hands-on experience in pallet strapping, pallet jack operations, and forklift driving.

Our Car Wash Service operates directly on our clients’ premises, catering to government, commercial, and community service businesses. As a supported employee, you’ll engage with a diverse range of people and work environments, creating meaningful connections along the way.
While being trained in our environmentally friendly cleaning system, you’ll also develop essential teamwork, communication, and direction-following skills. There are also opportunities to step up and showcase your leadership potential by supervising a team of peers.
Our current OCCE car wash sites include locations such as Victoria Police (9 stations from South Melbourne to Chelsea), the Mordialloc Freeway Project, Baptcare (Sunshine), Melbourne’s Cheapest Cars, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education, City of Casey, and the City of Kingston.

Join our team and help complete manufacturing projects for our commercial customers, or help produce our premier product, the OC Eco T-Top Bollard®, which is Australia’s only environmentally sustainable bollard made from 100% recycled plastic.
NDIS funding is required to become a Supported Employee. The funding is called Supports in Employment and should be part of the CORE support in your NDIS plan.
OC Connections Enterprises can provide you with a quote for supports in employment based on your needs.
Supported Employees are required to work a minimum 2 days per week. Whilst 1:1 support is provided, Supported Employees must also be able to work in a group setting (1:7 ratio).
We invite potential new employees for a meet and greet, and a tour of our premises, located at 1088 Centre Road, Oakleigh South. Here, you can see firsthand the different social enterprises you could potentially work within.
A half day volunteer work trial is offered to provide you with an opportunity to experience working in the team and working on the jobs.
This work trial also allows us to see if we can provide the supports required to ensure you get the most out of your employment, and to also determine your baseline skills.
