Our Administration Services operates at our South Oakleigh offices and at our customer’s premises. We can place supported employees in jobs within the community or allocate full teams to a customer at their location. This includes a contract we have with the Department of Defence to provide general administration support to its employees at the Victorian Military Barracks on St Kilda Rd.

Administrative tasks undertaken include:

  • Reception duties
  • Mail outs – large and small
  • Mail room support 
  • Printing and laminating
  • Photocopying, binding and scanning
  • Sorting, folding, collating and filing

We are Victoria’s only disability organisation contracted to provide the work, which is undertaken through the department’s Defence Administration Assistance Program (DAAP). 

Supported employees work across a range of office-based tasks that includes filing, photocopying and collating.
