OCCE offers opportunity for supported employees to learn many administrative roles including collating, scanning, filing, printing and providing mail room support.
We also place supported employees in jobs within the community. This includes a contract OCCE has with the Department of Defence to provide general administration support to its employees. We are Victoria’s only disability organisation contracted to provide the work, which is undertaken through the department’s Defence Administration Assistance Program (DAAP). Supported employees work across a range of office-based tasks that includes filing, photocopying and collating.
Administrative services are provided both on-site are our Oakleigh South offices, or off-site within the community. To read more about our customers please click here .

- Mail room support

- Sorting, folding, collating and filing
- Hole Punching, Binding and Stapling
