To understand one aspect of the day-to-day running of an organisation, participants work as a team to check stock levels at OC Connections equipment and supplies. Creating a checklist, participants then source and collect products from the store room to replenish the required supplies. The session ends with feedback and reporting.
This activity enhances skills such as working with numbers, decision-making, time management, courtesy, social and motor skills.
People are encouraged to take leadership in managing the process and in working together as a team.
