This activity focuses on planning, preparing, cooking and eating healthy vegetarian meals.

Working together as a group, participants explore a variety of produce and discuss dishes in the context of healthy eating. Where possible, fresh produce from OC Connections’ kitchen garden is used, with participants involved in washing and preparing ingredients. Along with cooking, hygiene and cleanliness is also discussed before enjoying a meal and finishing with a group clean up.
