Practice your cooking skills while learning about how to make healthy food choices. This activity discusses what makes a nutritious diet and together, participants decide what they would like to cook and what ingredients to use. Healthy dishes are prepared, where possible using fresh herbs and vegetables from the OC Connections’ kitchen garden.

This activity offers opportunity to develop skills and knowledge about food and health, while working together as a team.
