This program offers participants the chance to stay fit and healthy with indoor and outdoor physical activities, while having fun with friends.

Participants are challenged to come up with a new (risk free!) warmup activity to start the session and then break off to individual (or group) activities that can include bike riding, ball games (indoor and outdoor), weights and indoor bowling.
