Learning to dance offers many benefits, including health and fitness, social skill development, confidence, concentration and memory, balance and strength and of course, entertainment.

To begin each session, the group warms up to prevent injuries then spends time learning different steps before engaging with a partner to practice a variety of dance genres including ballroom, Latin, Bollywood or Zumba.
