Karly has worked in the disability sector for over 9 years, in a variety of roles, including disability support, behavioral support, high medical support, day support and support coordination.
As Support Coordinator Team Leader Karly’s goal is to support people with disability to reach their goals, feel connected to their community, while supporting her team to continue to develop their knowledge in the NDIS and support services available.
“I have a brother with an intellectual disability and have seen firsthand what great support looks like. I want to drive OC Connections Support Coordination team to provide the same high level of support that he has received,” she says.
Karly is also excited to expand the Support Coordination service into the City of Casey and provide further opportunities for as many participants as possible and make the process seamless and stress free for participants and their families.
As a Support Coordinator with OC Connections, Karly can will work with you to contact organisations, community groups and services to research your options and obtain quotes so you and your family can make informed decisions about which services you would like to purchase with your NDIS funding.
