On 18 June 2019, the commission held their first public workshop. A group of advocates took part in this workshop. An advocate is someone who speaks up for people with disability.
This workshop was the first of many public workshops that will take place over the next few years. Ther commission brought people from around Australia together for the workshop. This document explains what happened at the workshop.
