From Broadway to La Scala

From Broadway to La Scala was a beautiful show. I saw it on Thursday with Patti and Mum and it was just wonderful. It had an orchestra playing beautiful music and four wonderful singers, Greta Bradman, David Hobson, Lisa McCune, and Teddy Tahu Rhodes.

Some songs were sung alone, some in pairs or all together.  Greta Bradman sang some opera songs and her voice was amazing.

From Broadway to La Scala

They started with ”Some Enchanted Evening” from South Pacific’. and they sang ”The Music of the Night” from The Phantom of the Opera, and a My Fair Lady medley. Other songs included “The Carousel Waltz” and “Soliloquy” from Carousel, ”Will You Love Me Tomorrow” from Beautiful, and also ”Anything You Can Do, I can do better’,’ from Annie Get Your Gun. They sang a beautiful Les Miserables Medley and for the encore they sang Edelweiss from The Sound of Music which was a great ending.

Review score

It was a terrific show, all the performers had really lovely voices and the Orchestra did so well. The show was a 8/10.
