OC Connections has a long and respected history of supporting people living an intellectual disability.

From our humble begins in 1950s we have grown to now provide employment, accommodation, social enterprise and recreational services to more than 400 people living with disability.

In partnership with Registered Training Organisations we support staff to complete training for: 

• Certificate IV in Disability
• Diploma of Disability
• Diploma of Community Services Case Management
• NDIS Worker Orientation module
• Working with children training
• First Aid
• Manual Handling
• Medication Administration
• Infection Control
• Catheter Care Management
• Gastrostomy Support – Peg feeding Management

Safety First

OC Connections is committed to maintaining a working environment where each employee is valued for their attributes, skill set, and willingness to contribute to their team’s success. 

Successful Applicant will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

As part of our Covid-19 response policy requires all our employees regardless of the job to have received at least 3 doses of a Covid-19 vaccine or hold a valid medical exemption evidenced through the Australian Immunisation Register.
