Bohemian Rhapsody

I saw the Bohemian Rhapsody Movie with Mum, Michelle, and other friends. Bohemian Rhapsody was very good.

It was a film about the real group Queen, but it was a biography instead of a documentary. Most of Queen’s Music was featured in the film, like the title name of the movie, Bohemian Rhapsody, also We Will Rock You, and We are the Champions, and Under Pressure.

It was also the story of behind the scenes of the band, and the private life of the band and of how Freddie Mercury had issues with alcohol and drugs, and also how he struggled with the illness that he had which was AIDS. It was a very interesting story, the acting was fantastic and so was the singing and the performances.

Rami Malek was Freddie Mercury, and he was amazing. His performance was absolutely fantastic and he was just so impressive as Freddie Mercury. Ben Hardy was Roger Taylor, Gwillym Lee was Brian May, Joseph Mazzello as John Deacon and Mike Myers was Ray Foster, the EMI Executive.

It took 8 years to make the movie. The talk about the movie all started in 2010 and last year they started filming the movie and by late January 2018 the filming was completed.

At the end of the movie there was a performance by Queen at the 1985 July Concert for Live Aid which was re-done for the Movie. It was fabulous and very well done.

I give it a rating of 8 out of 10.
